Therapy

A space to be with another human as you explore your inner terrain – releasing stress, processing emotions, and reconnecting with what brings you meaning to support growth and healing.

I am here to walk beside you with an open heart.

I believe that underneath our conditioning – the beliefs, habits, and expectations we've accumulated over our lives – is a wise self that knows what feels right, and knows how to live out a true life.

With my presence and an open heart, my hope is to support you to get in touch with this wise self, as we offer healing along the way to any wounded parts that need care.

My approach is grounded in person-centred presence, parts work, and body-based mindfulness.

Sometimes we'll explore what's happening in your life right now; sometimes we'll notice recurring patterns, emotions, or beliefs. Powerful experiences can happen as we open to each moment spontaneously.

Over time, what comes from this work is a deeper connection to yourself – feelings of self-trust, self-compassion, and self-love – as well as the ability to be with challenging emotional experiences that once overwhelmed you.

My training & influences

I am trained in humanistic psychotherapy and counselling, with a Graduate Diploma in Counselling from Western Sydney University, and I’m currently progressing through a Master’s in Psychotherapy and Counselling.

My work has been shaped by the person-centred philosophy of Carl Rogers, the existential approach of Irvin Yalom, the relational neuroscience of Bonnie Badenoch, and the self-inquiry work of Byron Katie.

FAQs
